Showrunner Jess Brownell recently explained how Bridgerton Season 4 will explore class dynamics between Benedict’s privileged position as an esteemed Bridgerton member and Sophie’s life as a maid, a working woman within the ton, bringing a “totally new sensibility” to the much-popular show. She pointed out how Benedict lives in a “fantasy world” while Sophie faces and “lives in a harsher reality”. “The idea is that, for each of them, neither of those stations are where they need to live in order to find true love,” she added. On the occasion of Christmas, the makers announced that the film will hit theatres during the month of February 2026. An exact date is yet to be revealed by the team. However, it is being speculated that Heartin will hit theatres during Valentine’s Day. Helmed by first-time filmmaker Kishore Kumar, Heartin also stars debutant Emaya T in a prominent role. The film is currently in its post-production stage and Madonna had recently wrapped dubbing for her portions in the movie. Speaking about the film, director Kishore Kumar had, on an earlier occasion, said, “Heartin is a rom-com with an interesting balance of romance and humour. We are creating a film that will appeal to audiences of all kinds.” He further revealed, “In a way, the film is set in a space that deals with two episodes of Sananth’s character’s life—his first and current love.” On the technical team, the film has cinematography handled by Mukes, known for his work in the web series Suzhal and the film Kolaikaaran. Actor Soori, after watching the film, praised the story and performances. Soori called Sirai an “honest film” and said there were several moments in the film where a prayer escaped from him whenever the protagonist is in danger. He went on to applaud the director Suresh Rajakumari for coming up with such a story, and the performances by Vikram Prabhu and debutant Akshay Kumar. Calling it an “arresting drama” about the justice system, an excerpt from the CE review reads, “Points to the makers for also writing in just enough subversions to make Sirai a compelling watch. Just when you think that an undertrial with freedom at his doorstep would do ‘A’, he goes on to do ‘Z’, and when you think a cop is making the same mistakes that almost cost him his job once, his response makes you smile because the world doesn’t exist in binaries.” Sirai has a story by Taanakkaran fame Tamizh, which is based on the former police officer’s real life, with the addition of fictional elements.
