In a unique move, the paid previews of the film were held across the country on Tuesday, November 18. The norm is to organize previews on Thursday, a day before release. And now, Bollywood Hungama makers have learned that the distributors, AA Films, have decided on an interesting strategy for the war drama. EXCLUSIVE: CBFC passes 120 Bahadur with ZERO cuts; makers of Farhan Akhtar-starrer go for strategic, limited release A trade source told Bollywood Hungama, “The makers, Excel Entertainment, and the distributors, AA Films, have decided to provide a limited release to the film. The idea is to release the film in cinemas which is highly frequented by its target audience, that is, the elite and the ones who are interested in such high-quality films. In mass-dominated single-screens and multiplexes and in B and C centres, the distributors will either skip the release or ask them to go for limited showcasing.” The trade source continued, “They have decided to release the film in around 900-1000 screens. The strategy will work well with the film and if there’s demand, the shows can be increased over the weekend or on the weekdays.” The trade source informed, “Mastiii 4 also releases this Friday and it’s meant for the masses. Hence, there will be no clash over show-sharing for these two films as they are targeting different sets of audiences. The makers of the sex comedy plan to go wide in mass centres and in the hinterland.” No cuts for 120 Bahadur Meanwhile, 120 Bahadur has been passed with no cuts by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). There was concern among moviegoers after the trailer of the film, which was played in cinemas, replaced the dialogue ‘Ahir hai hum’ with ‘Fauji hai hum’. This led to many netizens assuming that the said cut would also be enforced in the film. As a result, CBFC was trolled for it. But the final version of the film doesn’t have the aforementioned modification. Moreover, despite being a war film, the Examining Committee of the CBFC did not ask for any visual cuts as well, as the action scenes are not too gory or disturbing. Accordingly, the film was given a U/A 13+ certificate on November 6. The length of 120 Bahadur, as mentioned on the censor certificate, is 137 minutes. In other words, the film is 2 hours and 17 minutes long. Entertainment The sex comedy Mastiii 4 will be released on Friday, November 21 and it has caught attention due to its trailer and franchise value. A film of this sort is releasing in cinemas after a long time and this is expected to go in favour of the makers. There was a fear that the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) might play spoilsport and ask for several cuts. In this article, Bollywood Hungama will exclusively focus on the cuts given to this film by the CBFC. EXCLUSIVE: CBFC censors 6 dialogues in Mastiii 4; deletes ‘top angle animal humping visuals’ The good news is that the cuts given to the film are limited. Three dialogues were modified, and one dialogue was requested to be replaced. The word ‘behen’ was replaced, and in another part of the film, the word ‘item’ was similarly replaced with an appropriate alternative. An alcohol brand name was changed, presumably to a fictional company name. The CBFC also asked the makers for some visual modifications. Its members asked the makers to delete ‘top angle animal humping visuals’. The said visual was of 9 seconds. Lastly, they asked the makers to reduce 30-second-long close visuals of human faces. Hence, 39 seconds of visuals were cut in all. Once these changes were made, Mastiii 4 was passed with an ‘A’ certificate on November 17. The length of the film, as mentioned on the censor certificate, is 144.17 minutes. In other words, Mastiii 4 is 2 hours 24 minutes and 17 seconds long. Mastiii 4 is directed by Milap Zaveri, who delivered a surprise super-hit just last month with Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat. It stars Riteish Deshmukh, Vivek Oberoi and Aftab Shivdasani, who have always featured in the previous parts of the franchise as well – Masti (2004), Grand Masti (2013) and Great Grand Masti (2016). This time, they are joined by Ruhii Singh, Shreya Sharma, Elnaaz Norouzi, Natalia Janoszek, Shaad Randhawa and Nishant Singh Malkani, along with Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor and Nargis Fakhri. According to property registration documents, the actor has purchased two office units in the Kanakia Wallstreet building for a total consideration of Rs. 30.75 crore. The seller of the property is Apiore Pharmaceutical, a US-based pharma company, as reflected in the registration filings. The transaction was officially registered on November 18, 2025, with a stamp duty of Rs. 1.84 crore and a registration fee of Rs. 60,000. Industry experts note that Andheri East has rapidly emerged as one of Mumbai’s busiest commercial corridors, attracting corporates, global enterprises, and creative firms due to its improved connectivity and infrastructure. Volney’s founder, Rohan Sheth, described the area as a market that combines accessibility with strong rental prospects, adding that it continues to draw long-term investors. Saif’s new commercial investment also places him among several high-profile names who have recently secured space in the vicinity. Elon Musk’s satellite internet company, Starlink Satellite Communications Private Limited, recently leased a 1,294 sq. ft. office in the nearby Chandivali area for a five-year period, with total rent valued at Rs. 2.33 crore. Additionally, the same building previously housed leased offices where Hrithik Roshan and Rakesh Roshan acquired three commercial units earlier this year for about Rs. 31 crores through HRX Digitech LLP. Beyond his latest acquisition, Saif Ali Khan is already known for his premium residential and commercial holdings across Mumbai. He currently resides in a high-end apartment in Bandra West, a property he purchased nearly a decade ago for Rs. 24 crores. Karisma Kapoor’s kids push for forensic review of Sunjay Kapur’s will; court seeks explanation from Priya Sachdev Siblings Seek Forensic Scrutiny of Will Earlier, Samaira and Kiaan moved the Delhi High Court asking for permission to inspect the original copy of Sunjay Kapur’s will. The document was submitted in a sealed cover by its named executor, Shradha Suri Marwah. The siblings have argued that the will is “forged and fabricated,” and claim it contains several inconsistencies that cannot be verified through the certified copy they were given. They also say the signature must be examined closely—which is why they sought a forensic inspection. Priya Sachdev Objects to Forensic Review The matter took a sharper turn when Priya Sachdev opposed the request for forensic analysis. This surprised many, because such scrutiny typically helps confirm a document’s authenticity. During the hearing on November 14, senior advocate Mahesh Jethmalani—representing Samaira and Kiaan—questioned why Priya and the executor would resist an examination that could clarify the truth. Legal experts say it’s unusual, especially when the will reportedly leaves almost the entire estate to a single beneficiary. What the Court Noted The siblings’ plea was heard again on November 17. Joint Registrar (Judicial) Gagandeep Jindal asked Priya Sachdev and executor Shradha Suri Marwah to file written responses within three weeks, explaining their objection to the forensic inspection. Samaira and Kiaan’s team can also make further submissions during this time. The case will next be heard on December 16. What Might Have Triggered the Request Sources connected to the proceedings say the children have flagged multiple issues that raise suspicion, such as: incorrect or outdated addresses pronoun or gender-reference errors inconsistencies with earlier records metadata suggesting the document may have been modified absence of any known communication or instruction from Sunjay supporting the contents of the alleged will All of this has led to a central question: If the will is authentic, why oppose a forensic examination? Parallel Case to Protect Assets In addition to this plea, Samaira and Kiaan have filed a separate application seeking to stop Priya from transferring or altering any of Sunjay’s assets until the matter is resolved. The hearing on this interim request will continue on November 20. Sunjay Kapur, a noted businessman and polo enthusiast, passed away in London in June during a match.
