भारत हा शेतीप्रधान देश असून शेती हा एक प्रमुख व्यवसाय आहें.  शेतकऱ्यांचे आर्थिक, सामाजिक व तांत्रिक सशक्तीकरण करणे हे प्रत्येक सरकारचे कर्तव्य असते या दृष्टीने केंद्र व राज्य सरकारकडून शेतकऱ्यांसाठी विविध प्रकारच्या योजना दरवर्षी  सुरू केल्या जातात. या ब्लॉगमध्ये आपण अशाच काही महत्वाच्या सरकारी योजना पाहणार आहोत, ज्या भारतीय शेतकऱ्यांसाठी अतिशय उपयुक्त आणि  फायदेशीर ठरू शकते. १. प्रधानमंत्री किसान सन्मान निधी (PM-KISAN) योजनेची माहिती : PM-KISAN (प्रधानमंत्री किसान सम्मान निधि योजना) ही योजना 1 फेब्रुवारी 2019 रोजी भारताचे प्रधानमंत्री मा. श्री. नरेंद्र मोदी यांच्या अध्यक्षतेखाली सुरू करण्यात आली होती.  ही योजना केंद्र सरकारकडून सुरू करण्यात आलेली असून  या योजनेत सर्व पात्र  शेतकऱ्यांना दर वर्षी ₹६,००० ची थेट आर्थिक मदत दिली जाते. या योजनेचे फायदे: प्रत्येक पात्र शेतकऱ्याला वर्षाला तीन हप्त्यांमध्ये ₹६,००० मिळतात. या योजनेची प्रोसेस खूप सोपी असून पूर्णपणे कॉम्पुटर च्या साहाय्याने ऑनलाईन (Online) करू शकता या योजनेअंतर्गात झालेल्या आर्थिक मदतीमुळे बियाणे, खते, औषधे यासाठी लागणारी सुरुवातीची भांडवल शेतकऱ्यांना प्राप्त होऊन मदत होऊ शकते . कोणत्या शेतकऱ्यांना या योजनेचा लाभ घेता येईल – शेतकऱ्यांच्या नावावरती २ हेक्टर (५ एकर) पर्यंतच शेती असावी शेतकरी सरकारी नोकरमध्ये नसावा. शेतकरी हा करदाता नसावा अर्जासाठी लागणारी कागदपत्रे: आधार कार्ड 7/12 उतारा बँक पासबुक मोबाइल नंबर शेतकऱ्यांनी अधिकृत वेबसाइट: https://pmkisan.gov.in वरती भेट देऊन योग्य ती माहिती भरून अर्ज करून या योजनेचा लाभ घ्यावा किंवा ग्रामसेवक / तलाठी / CSC केंद्र / कृषी कार्यालयात जाऊन थेट अर्ज करता येऊ शकतो २. प्रधानमंत्री फसल विमा योजना (PMFBY) योजनेची माहिती : हि योजना 13 जानेवारी 2016 रोजी केंद्र सरकारद्वारे सुरु करण्यात आली आहे. शेतकऱ्यांना कोणत्याही नैसर्गिक आपत्ती, रोगराई किंवा कीड यामुळे पिकांचे नुकसान झाल्यास प्रधानमंत्री फसल विमा योजने मधून  विमा संरक्षण मिळवून देणारी योजना आहे. या योजनेचे मुख्य उद्दिष्ट म्हणजे शेतकऱ्यांचे उत्पन्न सुरक्षित करणे व आर्थिक गुंतवणुकीस प्रोत्साहन देणे हा आहे. या योजनेचे फायदे: कमी प्रीमियम (Premium) दराने (२% खरीप, १.५% रबी, ५% व्यावसायिक पिके) विमा सुविधा. नैसर्गिक आपत्तीमुळे नुकसान झाले असेल तर नुकसान भरपाई मिळते. या प्रकल्पासाठी शेतकरी  ऑनलाईन (Online ) रेजिस्ट्रेशन करू शकतो व क्लेम (Claim) सेटलमेंट सुद्धा जलद प्रोसेस होते. कोणत्या शेतकऱ्यांना या योजनेचा लाभ घेता येईल – पिककर्ज घेणारे व कर्जधारक नसलेले  शेतकरी या विम्यामध्ये सहभागी होऊ शकतात. अर्ज करताना लागणारी कागदपत्रे: आधार कार्ड 7/12 उतारा पीक घेतल्याचा पुरावा बँक पासबुक झेरॉक्स फोटो करू शकता ३. प्रधानमंत्री कृषि सिंचन योजना (PMKSY) योजनेची माहिती : हि योजना 1 जुलै 2015 रोजी केंद्र सरकारद्वारे सुरु करण्यात अली आहे. या योजनेचा मुख्य उद्देश म्हणजे प्रत्येक शेतामध्ये पाणी पोहोचवणे हा आहे. या योजनेमधून सूक्ष्म सिंचन (drip & sprinkler) प्रणालीला प्रोत्साहन दिले गेले आहे आणि यामुळेच शेतकरी आपल्या शेतामध्ये शेतीच्या प्रत्तेक कोपऱ्यामध्ये पाणी पोहचवू शकतो व पाण्याची बचत सुद्धा होते. या योजनेचे फायदे: सूक्ष्म सिंचन यंत्रणांसाठी 55% ते 85% पर्यंत केंद्र सरकार कडून सबसिडी मिळू शकते. जलसंवर्धन, जलसाठे तयार करण्यासाठी अनुदान मिळू शकते. सिंचन व्यवस्थेमुळे पाण्याची बचत होते आणि उत्पादन क्षमतेमध्ये  वाढ होते. कोणत्या शेतकऱ्यांना या योजनेचा लाभ घेता येईल – शेतजमिनीवरती मालकी हक्क असावा. सर्व प्रकारचे लघु, मध्यम व मोठे शेतकरी. अर्ज करताना आवश्यक कागदपत्रे: आधार कार्ड 7/12 उतारा (जमिनीचा पुरावा) बँक पासबुक झेरॉक्स पीक योजना फोटो पाणी स्रोताचे दस्तऐवज (जर उपलब्ध असतील) शेतकऱ्यांनी अधिकृत वेबसाइट: https://pmksy.gov.in वरती भेट देऊन योग्य ती माहिती भरून अर्ज करून या योजनेचा लाभ घ्यावा. तसेच तालुका कृषी अधिकारी, कृषी सहाय्यक, पंचायत कार्यालय, किंवा सीएससी केंद्र येथे जाऊन ऑफलाईन(Ofline ) पद्धतीने अर्ज करू शकता. ४. राष्ट्रीय अन्न सुरक्षा योजना (NFSA ) योजनेची माहिती : हि योजना भारत सरकारद्वारा 5 जुलै 2013 रोजी चालू करण्यात आली. या योजनेचा मुख्य उद्देश म्हणजे देशातील गरीब व गरजू लोकांना योग्य अश्या दरा मध्ये अन्नधान्य उपलब्ध करून देणे. या योजनेचे फायदे: या योजने अंतर्गत दरमहा प्रति व्यक्ती 5 किलो अन्नधान्य (गहू, तांदूळ, ज्वारी) सवलतीच्या दरामध्ये उपलब्द करून देणे. गर्भवती महिलांना ₹6000 ची आर्थिक मदत, आणि मुलांना पौष्टिक अन्नाची पूर्तता करून देणे. या योजनेसाठी लाभार्थी – वार्षिक उत्पन्न कमी असणारे, रोजगार नसलेले, अपंग व महिला प्रधान कुटुंबाना या योजनेचा लाभ घेता येईल. अर्ज करताना आवश्यक कागदपत्रे: रेशन कार्ड आधार कार्ड उत्पन्नाचा दाखला या योजनेसाठी नागरिकांनी ऑनलाईन पोर्टल: https://nfsa.gov.in वरती भेट देऊन अर्ज करावा किंवा  जवळच्या तहसील कार्यालय, संपर्क केंद्र मध्ये भेट देऊन अर्ज करू शकता. ५. मृदा आरोग्य कार्ड योजना (Soil Health Card) योजनेची माहिती : या योजनेची घोषणा भारत सरकारद्वारे पंतप्रधान मा. श्री. नरेंद्र मोदी यांनी 19 फेब्रुवारी 2015 रोजी केली आहे. या योजनेचे मुक्या उद्दिष्ट म्हणजे शेतकऱ्यांना त्यांच्या शेतजमिनीच्या मातीची तपशीलवार माहिती देणे, योग्य प्रमाणात खते व औषधे वापरण्यास योग्य ती मदत करणे हे आहे. या योजनेचे फायदे: शेत जमिनीतील पोषणमूल्यांची तपशीलवार माहिती मिळते. मिळालेल्या माहितीनुसार  योग्य ते खत व्यवस्थापन करता येते. उत्पादनात वाढ होऊन खर्च कमी होतो. पात्रता: प्रत्येक शेतकरी हे कार्ड मिळवू शकतो. जमीन असणारा किंवा जमीन भाडे तत्वावर घेऊन शेती करणारा शेतकरी. या योजनेसाठी शेतकऱ्यांनी ऑनलाइन पोर्टल: https://soilhealth.dac.gov.in वरती भेट देऊन अर्ज करावा. थोडक्यात पण महत्वाचे – शेतकऱ्यांसाठी भारत सरकार द्वारे अनेक उपयुक्त योजना राबवत आहे. या योजनांचा योग्य उपयोग केल्यास शेतकरी अधिक सक्षम, सशक्त आणि आर्थिकदृष्ट्या स्थिर होऊ शकतो. सरकार दरवर्षी या योजनेमध्ये  सुधार करत आहे आणि नव्या योजना देखील आणत आहे जेणेकरून शेतकऱ्यांना अधिकाधिक फायदा होईल. शेतकऱ्यांनी वेळोवेळी कृषी विभागाशी संपर्क साधून किंवा ऑनलाईन पोर्टल वरती माहिती मिळवून योग्य वेळी अर्ज करावा, जेणेकरून सरकारी मदतीचा पूर्ण लाभ हा त्यांना घेता येईल.

शेती करताना मातीची सुपीकता आणि अन्नद्रव्यांची स्थिती स्थानिक शेतकऱ्यांना माहित असणे हे खूप महत्वाचे आहे. हे कळण्यासाठी मृदा परीक्षण (Soil Testing) करावे लागते. यामुळे पीकासाठी योग्य खते, खतांचे प्रमाण आणि वेळ निश्चित करता येऊ शकतो. मृदा परीक्षण (Soil Testing) म्हणजे काय? मृदा परीक्षण म्हणजे जमिनीतील नत्र, स्फुरद, पालाश, आणि इतर सूक्ष्म अन्नद्रव्यांचे प्रमाण किती आहे हे तपासणे. याशिवाय मातीचा pH, सेंद्रिय कर्ब, क्षारता व मातीचा प्रकार याचीही माहिती मिळू शकते. मृदा तपासणीसाठी काय करावे? मृदा तपासणी साठी शेतकऱ्यांनी आपल्या शेतामधील मातीचे नमुने गोळा करावे. शक्यतो शेतातील प्रातिनिधिक भागातून नमुना घ्या. 15 ते 20 से.मी. खोली वरून ‘V’ आकाराचा खड्डा खणून त्यामधील माती घ्यावी. एका शेतातून 5 ते 6 ठिकाणांहून माती घेऊन एकत्र करावी. त्या मातीमधून दगड, कचरा व पालापाचोळा वेगळा करावा. माती घरामध्ये किंवा सावलीत वाळवून, साफ कापडी पिशवीत भरावी. त्या पिशवी वरती शेतकऱ्यांनी आपले नाव, गट क्रमांक, गाव, तालुका, पीक व तारीख नमूद करावी. २. माती  तपासणीसाठी कुठे द्यायची ? शासकीय केंद्रे: कृषी विभागाचे मृदा परीक्षण प्रयोगशाळा तालुका कृषी अधिकारी कार्यालये कृषी विद्यापीठांची मृदा प्रयोगशाळा खासगी प्रयोगशाळा: सरकार मान्यताप्राप्त व NABL प्रमाणित प्रयोगशाळेमध्ये देखील शेतकरी आपल्या मातीचा नमुना देऊ शकतात . ३. फॉर्म भरणे व शुल्क नमुना दिल्यावर मृदा तपासणी फॉर्म भरावा लागतो. काही ठिकाणी मोफत सेवा असते , तर काही ठिकाणी नाममात्र शुल्क साधारणतः ₹20–₹100 असू शकते. काही ठिकाणी किंवा तालुकास्तरीय सरकारी योजनांतर्गत मोफत चाचणी कॅम्प आयोजित केले जातात. मृदा तपासणी अहवालात काय माहिती मिळू शकते ?   तपशील अर्थ pH मातीची आम्लता / क्षारता EC (विद्युत चालकता) क्षारांचे प्रमाण सेंद्रिय कर्ब % जमिनीतील सेंद्रिय घटक N, P, K नत्र, स्फुरद, पालाशचे प्रमाण सूक्ष्म अन्नद्रव्ये झिंक, गंधक, लोह, बोरॉन प्रत्येक घटकासाठी “अत्यल्प”, “मध्यम”, “उच्च” असे श्रेणी मध्ये वर्गीकरण  केलेले असते. अहवालावर आधारित खत व्यवस्थापन – मृदा तपासणी अहवाल आल्यानंतर तो अहवाल पाहून कृषी सहाय्यक किंवा कृषी तज्ञांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली  खतांचे अचूक प्रमाण व वेळ ठरवता येते, जे उत्पादन वाढवण्यास शेतकऱ्यांना फार मदत करते. निष्कर्ष मृदा परीक्षण हे शेतकऱ्यांच्या  फायद्यासाठी अत्यावश्यक पाऊल आहे. फक्त अंदाजाने खते न वापरता, विज्ञानाधारित पद्धती वापरल्यास उत्पादन खर्च कमी होतो आणि पीक गुणवत्ता वाढते आणि शेतीची सुपीकता टिकून राहते.

Which fertilizers will be most beneficial for sorghum cultivation? ज्वारी हे भारतातील प्रमुख खरीप आणि रब्बी हंगामातील पीक आहे. कमी पावसामध्येही तग धरणारे हे पीक योग्य खते आणि व्यवस्थापन मिळाल्यास भरघोस उत्पादन देऊ शकते. त्यामुळे शेतकऱ्यांनी खतांचे प्रमाण, वेळ आणि योग्य पद्धतीने वापर करणे अत्यंत महत्त्वाचे असते. १. जमिनीची तपासणी करा खतांचा वापर करण्यापूर्वी  शेतकऱ्यांनी आपल्या जमिनीची तपासणी (मृदा परीक्षण) करणे फार आवश्यक आहे. कारण यामुळेच  जमिनीत उपलब्ध असणाऱ्या अन्नद्रव्यांची अचूक माहिती मिळते आणि खतांचे अचूक प्रमाण ठरवता येते.  २. ज्वारीसाठी आवश्यक खते – ज्वारी पिकाच्या वाढीसाठी खालील प्रमुख अन्नद्रव्यांची आवश्यकता असते – अन्नद्रव्य महत्त्व नत्र (N) झाडाची वाढ व हरितद्रव्य निर्मितीसाठी स्फुरद (P) मुळांची वाढ व दाण्यांची घडण पालाश (K) दुष्काळ प्रतिकारशक्ती व दाण्यांचा दर्जा ३. खतांचे शिफारसीत प्रमाण (प्रति हेक्टर) (सरासरी काळी जमिनीत, मध्यम उत्पादनक्षमतेच्या परिस्थितीत) खताचा प्रकार प्रमाण (प्रति हेक्टर) नत्र (N) 80 किलो स्फुरद (P₂O₅) 40 किलो पालाश (K₂O) 40 किलो टीप: मृदा परीक्षणावर आधारित प्रमाणात थोडाफार बदल होऊ शकतो. शेतकऱ्यांनी आपल्या स्थानिक जागेचा विचार करून योग्य तो निर्णय घेऊन खतामध्ये थोडाफार बदल करावा. ४. खतांचा वापर कधी करावा? १. पेरणीवेळी: संपूर्ण स्फुरद व पालाश नत्राचे ५०% (अर्थात 40 किलो/हे.) पेरणीवेळी/बैलामागे या खताचा फेकून योग्य प्रमाणात वापर करावा २. टॉप ड्रेसिंग ( पीक उगवल्यावर २५-३० दिवसांनी): उरलेले ५०% नत्र (40 किलो/हे.) पीक उगवल्यानंतर साधारणतः २५-३० दिवसांनी उरलेल्या खताचा वरिलप्रमाणे पाणी देण्याच्या अगोदर या खताचा वापर करणे जास्ती फायदेमंद ठरेल. ५. सूक्ष्म अन्नद्रव्ये (जरुरीप्रमाणे) Zinc: उणीव असल्यास झिंक सल्फेट @ २५ किलो/हे. गंधक (Sulphur): सल्फरयुक्त सिंगल सुपर फॉस्फेट वापरल्यास गंधक मिळते. बोरॉन, लोह व मॅग्नेशियम: फॉलीयर स्प्रे स्वरूपात आवश्यकता असल्यास द्यावे. ६. सेंद्रिय खतांचा वापर (सर्वात महत्वाचे) – शेणखत / कंपोस्ट: ५-१० टन/हे. जैविक खते: जसे की अझोटोबॅक्टर, पीएसबी कल्चर वापरणे फायदेशीर. यामुळे मातीची सुपीकता सुधारते आणि रासायनिक खतांची गरज कमी होते. निष्कर्ष – ज्वारीच्या भरघोस उत्पादनासाठी योग्य वेळेवर व संतुलित खत व्यवस्थापन केल्यास शेतकऱ्यांना खूप फायदा होऊ शकतो. मृदा चाचणी, पेरणीवेळी बेसल खत आणि नंतर टॉप ड्रेसिंग केल्यास उत्पादनात नक्कीच वाढ होईल. याशिवाय सेंद्रिय खते व सूक्ष्म अन्नद्रव्यांचा योग्य वापर केल्यास जमीनही सुपीक राहते.
