A Steelers Depot daily segment. A quick hit of some Pittsburgh Steelers-related stories that may not require a complete article but nuggets worth mentioning and passing on to you guys.

CALVIN ANDERSON LOCKED IN
The Steelers are dealing with multiple injuries at a few different positions, including offensive tackle. Broderick Jones went on injured reserve after the Steelers played the Chicago Bears. The Steelers also lost backup left tackle Calvin Anderson recently. He suffered an injury during practice that landed him on injured reserve. He’s still in good spirits, though.
Anderson’s wife posted a video showing the lineman suited up at home watching the team play the Miami Dolphins. While he’s on crutches, he’s still with the team in spirit. It’s a funny video, and it’s good that Anderson isn’t sulking while he’s injured.
ACRISURE HOLIDAY TOURS
The holiday season is here, but that doesn’t mean that the NFL season stops. Thankfully, the Steelers don’t play on Christmas this year. However, the team has some fun activities planned for the next few days.
Acrisure Stadium shared on Twitter that there are holiday tours available for the venue. Fans can get a look at the Hall of Honor Museum, the team’s locker room, and more. The tours are available from Dec. 20-23. The tweet also stated that each guest will receive a special gift, too. It could be a fun time for any Steelers fans who can make it to Acrisure Stadium around the holidays.

MANNING AND HARRISON
Not everyone’s NFL journey is the same. Some are first-round draft picks and are in a position to succeed from Day 1. Others go undrafted and have to work harder to earn opportunities. James Harrison is one example. He went undrafted and spent time on practice squads, but he worked hard and built a successful career for himself.
Harrison and Peyton Manning looked back on the history of the practice squad on a recent episode of Manning’s show Peyton’s Places. Harrison and Manning have very different backgrounds, but the dynamic between the two is funny. It’s a nice look back at a part of NFL history, too.
