On Thursday night, the Golden State Warriors will host the Dallas Mavericks at the Chase Center in San Francisco.

While the Warriors have a roster filled with NBA legends, Cooper Flagg will be making his NBA Christmas debut.

Draymond Green Makes Feelings Clear About Cooper Flagg

Before the game, Draymond Green was asked about Flagg.

Green (via NBA on ESPN): “I think Cooper Flagg is a stud. One thing I can appreciate about him is he does it on both ends of the floor… I think Dallas got a bright future with Cooper Flagg… It’s been impressive to see.”

Flagg comes into the day with averages of 19.2 points, 6.4 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 1.2 steals per contest while shooting 48.7% from the field and 26.7% from three-point range in 30 games.

He was the first pick in the 2025 NBA Draft after leading Duke to the Final Four.

The 2017 Defensive Player of The Year is currently averaging 8.1 points, 6.1 rebounds and 5.1 assists per contest while shooting 40.9% from the field and 32.7% from three-point range in 24 games.

The Mavs are the 11th seed in the Western Conference with a 12-19 record in 31 games.

Meanwhile, the Warriors are the eighth seed with a 15-15 record in 30 games.
