Amid all this, a rumour went viral claiming that Yash Raj Films (YRF) has banned contestants Gaurav Khanna, Ashnoor Kaur, and Mridul Tiwari. In a recent episode, three contestants were discussing fake PR tactics in Bollywood. Their conversation revolved around YRF’s latest romantic film ‘Saiyara’, starring Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda.They spoke about all viral videos showing audiences crying in theatres while watching the film. Mridul and Ashnoor claimed these videos were PR stunts, meaning they were created intentionally for promotion and it created huge reaction outside the house.
Gaurav asked if people were really told to do this. Mridul said, “Yes, they were asked.” Ashnoor confirmed it too. When Gaurav asked if the film is worth watching, Ashnoor replied it’s a “one-time watch.”
Did YRF really ban them?
After the clip went viral, rumours spread on social media that YRF banned all three contestants.
However, YRF has not released any official statement regarding this.
Industry sources say this is just a baseless rumour with no truth behind it.
