Fluxo and W7M have announced a merger, creating a new organisation focused on dominating Brazilian esports.
Now known as Fluxo W7M, the new organisation is aiming to combine the ‘competitive edge’ and ‘strong community’ of Fluxo with the ‘structure’ and ‘management excellence’ of W7M.
Fluxo W7M will compete in League of Legends, Counter-Strike 2, Rainbow Six Siege X, Free Fire, EAFC and Kings League (Fluxo FC).

“This merger is not just about bringing operations together — it is about creating a stronger organisation, better prepared and with a greater ability to generate value for partners, athletes and fans,” said W7M CEO Felipe Funari..
“We are uniting structure and community, performance and management, with the goal of elevating Brazilian esports to a new level of excellence.”
According to a release, Fluxo views the merger as a significant step towards the company’s growth, which is centred on building a community within the esports scene. Bringing together the two organisations’ rosters and coaches will give both brands a ‘stronger foundation’ for competing across all of titles, while ‘well-recognised’ players will continue to grow a solid community.
Fluxo W7M is also hoping for more partnership opportunities, stating in the press release that this merger will come with more ‘exposure’ and ‘deliverables.’ The organisation envisions joint projects thanks to its larger portfolio.
Fluxo Brings Free Fire Dominance
Fluxo is a Brazilian organisation with teams in League of Legends and Counter-Strike 2. However, its most dominant scene is Free Fire. Fluxo has won the Free Fire World Series Global Finals in 2023 and 2024. As mobile esports continue to grow, Brazil has become one of the largest scenes outside of Asia.
Meanwhile, W7M has been a prominent organisation in the R6 esports scene. It’s the first team to win back-to-back BLAST Majors, having taken Copenhagen 2023 and Atlanta 2023. W7M is a celebrated R6 team in the Rainbow Six Mobile South America League as well.
W7M also has a Free Fire team and a League of Legends team (a collaboration with Fluxo). The two organisations coming together will see continued growth in a variety of titles, and maybe new ones, as Brazil’s esports scene grows.
