The Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli (IIMT) reported a highest CTC of ₹44 lakh (PGPM) in its first-ever independently audited placement report.
“This year marks an important step forward for IIM Tiruchirappalli — our placement report has, for the first time, been externally audited, underscoring transparency and accountability,” said Abhishek Kumar Totawar, Chairperson – Placements.
According to the report, the institute saw over 150 companies in summer placements, with 50 new recruiters across diverse domains. The highest stipend included ₹3.5 lakh (PGPM) and ₹2 lakh (PGPM-HR).
During final placements, 189 companies recruited for PGPM, and 40 companies for PGPM-HR.
For the PGPM-HR course the highest CTC was ₹33 lakh. Average CTC was ₹19 lakh (PGPM) and ₹17.84 lakh (PGPM-HR).
