In a special gesture, Jordanian Crown Prince Al Hussein Bin Abdullah II on Tuesday drove Prime Minister Narendra Modi to a museum in the kingdom.
Modi arrived in Jordanian capital Amman on Monday and was received by Prime Minister Minister Jaafar Hassan. He then held a meeting with King Abdullah II.
As part of his engagements, the Crown Prince drove Modi personally in a car on Tuesday.

The Royal Family of Jordan is considered to be the direct descendent of Prophet Muhammad through the line of Imam Hasan, the elder grandson of the Prophet through his daughter Fatima and her husband Ali. King Abdullah is considered to be the 41st descendent of the Prophet and the Crown Prince 43rd.
King Abdullah is also the custodian of the Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem, the third holiest site for Muslims after Mecca and Medina.
In their meeting, Modi appreciated Abdullah’s leadership in “tackling terrorism, extremism and radicalization and contributing towards global fight against these evils”, according to a readout by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA).
“Both the leaders discussed ways to further deepen engagement between the two countries in the fields of trade and investment; defence and security; renewable energy; fertilizer and agriculture; innovation, IT and digital technologies; critical minerals; infrastructure; health and pharma; education and capacity; tourism and heritage; and culture and people-to-people ties,” the MEA further said.
During the visit, India and Jordan finalised memorandums of understanding (MoUs) in the fields of culture, renewable energy, water management, digital public infrastructure and twinning arrangement between Petra and Ellora, according to the readout.
After their delegation-level and restricted format meetings, Modi and Abdullah on Tuesday addressed the India-Jordan Business Forum in Amman. Crown Prince Hussein and Jordanian trade minister Yarub Qudah and investment minister Tareq Abughazaleh.

During their addresses, Modi and Abdullah acknowledged the importance of increasing business-to-business ties between India and Jordan and called upon the industry captains from both sides to convert the potential and opportunities into growth and prosperity, according to the MEA.
