Jack Doherty’s team bit off more than they could chew backstage in Miami.
Millions of eyes were on Jake Paul’s latest boxing venture last Friday, as the polarizing YouTuber-turned-pugilist shared the ring with Anthony Joshua at the Kaseya Center.
But Joshua’s knockout win over Paul in round six was not the only fight people were left talking about in the aftermath of the Netflix event.
Footage also emerged of a backstage clash between former UFC heavyweight champion Andrei Arlovski and a group of influencers including the controversial Doherty.
Joe Rogan recently reacted to the incident and had the same take as many MMA fans when it comes to their decision to brawl with Arlovski — big mistake.

Joe Rogan tells Jack Doherty’s team that Andrei Arlovski is ‘one of the baddest MF’ers ever’
Arlovski’s time in the UFC concluded in 2024, bringing an end to his decade-long second stint in the promotion. His first run in the Octagon included becoming the heavyweight champion and beating fellow legends like Fabricio Werdum and Tim Sylvia.
‘The Pit Bull’ is regarded as one of the heavyweight division’s all-time best, and certainly not someone you would want to upset.
Doherty and co. were evidently not aware of his credentials, and Rogan warned them of the ‘bad MF’er’ they were messing with.
“Did you see Andrei Arlovski got into it with these f—— influencers? I bet they didn’t know who he is,” the UFC color commentator said while speaking to Tom Segura on the Joe Rogan Experience.
“They started f—— with former UFC heavyweight champion Andrei Arlovski. First of all, he is f—— gigantic, and he is one of the baddest motherf—- ever.
“That guy just recently retired from the UFC, or was released. He’s not even done fighting. He won the UFC title I think in 2005. That’s 20 f—— years ago, and the guy was still beating people that are elite fighters just a few years ago.
“And you go pick on that guy?” Rogan added while laughing. “Arlovski was a bad motherf—-, dude.”

Jack Doherty alleges Andrei Arlovski attacked him unprovoked
In Arlovski’s first statement on the brawl, the ex-UFC champion said he was the victim of an attempt to get “content.” Doherty, however, believes he was the real victim.
In a post on X, the controversial YouTuber alleged that Arlovski attacked him and his team without provocation.
“It’s funny how people think we did anything to start this, like watch the footage,” Doherty said.
“I was just walking by and he tries to kick me for no reason and that’s how it all started… I literally didn’t say or do anything to him but I’ll always be the bad guy in the situation,” he added.
