The event will provide insights, real-life experiences and expert guidance to young members from the mercantile and banking community to understand the dynamics between family business and launching their own start-ups
Nagarathar Chamber of Commerce (NCC), a non-profit organisation aiming to promote entrepreneurship among the Nagarathar community of Tamil Nadu, is set to organise Launch Pad 2025 on November 16 at the Madras Management Association in Chennai.
The event will provide insights, real-life experiences and expert guidance to young members from the mercantile and banking community to understand the dynamics between family business and launching their own start-ups.
Launch Pad 2025 will see insights shared by Kumar Vembu, Co-Founder of Zoho Corporation, Tarun Mahadevan, Managing Director of Advantage Foods, and C.K. Ranganathan, Chairman & Managing Director, Cavinkare.
It will also include a workshop on situation-based leadership and a panel discussion featuring youth from the Nagarathar community who are successfully managing family enterprises or running start-ups.
₹500-crore fund
NCC had earlier also planned to set up a ₹500-crore fund for start-ups owned by young entrepreneurs from the community called Kittangi Finance.
