CHENNAI: The Oriental Insurance Company Ltd celebrated its 79th Foundation Day on Friday by organising events that reflected its commitment to social responsibility.A free medical camp was conducted at Shanthi Bhavan, a home for the aged destitute in Sholavaram in Chennai.
The camp provided essential medical services to the residents and staff of the home, promoting their health and well-being.The company issued personal accident insurance (PAI) policies to all its employees to demonstrate the company’s dedication to protecting the welfare of its staff, said officers who organised the event.
The Foundation Day community service reflects the company’s values of compassion and social responsibility, and it marked the company’s efforts to give back to the community and make a positive impact on society, they said.
