Renjala Ramakrishna Rao’s life, achievements to be documented

P. Dayananda Pai and P. Satish Pai, Yakshagana Adhyayana Kendra at Mangalore University, will video document the life and achievements of senior Yakshagana artist Renjala Ramakrishna Rao on August 5.

The documentation will begin at the Kendra at 10 a.m. It will be the eighth documentation in the series of ‘Yakshayana Dakhaleekarana’ of senior artists, taken up by the kendra.

Mr. Rao is an artist of the Tenkuthittu school of Yakshagana who performed for a long time in Kateel Durgaparameshwari Prasadita Yakshagana Mandali.
