Samsung’s first tri-fold smartphone, which is said to be named the Galaxy Z TriFold, is rumored to debut next month. A recent report detailed its dimensions and display size, and now a new leak has surfaced with even more key specifications.
According to always reliable tipster Evan Blass, the Galaxy Z TriFold will sport a 6.5-inch cover display and a 10-inch inner screen. The outer panel is said to reach 2,600 nits of peak brightness, while the inner display is rated at 1,600 nits.
The tipster adds that the foldable will come equipped with a 200MP primary rear camera and a 5,437mAh rated battery. It’s also expected to run on a Snapdragon chipset.
Blass further notes that the three unfolded panels will vary slightly in thickness, measuring 3.9mm, 4.0mm, and 4.2mm. A recent rumor claimed that the Galaxy Z TriFold will be 14mm thick when fully folded.
