Sautéed Asparagus with Asian Greens, Chilli, Garlic & Ginger

Quick, flavorful sautéed asparagus with bok choy, garlic, ginger & chilli, finished with honey and tamari—perfect easy side for two.
Ingredients
- Coconut oil
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 red chillies, deseeded and sliced lengthways
- Knob ginger, sliced lengthways
- 1 bunch asparagus, cut on angle
- 1 bunch bok choy, leaves
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp tamari (soy sauce)
Method
- Heat coconut oil in sauté pan over moderate heat. Add garlic, chilli, and ginger and allow to infuse in oil for 1 min.
- Add asparagus and bok choy and sauté until tender.
- Finish by adding honey and tamari and allow to reduce for another min.
- Remove from heat and serve.
