Soho House & Co has announced the appointment of Neil Thomson as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective August 18, 2025. Thomson will be based at the Company’s London Head Office and succeeds Thomas Allen, who will remain until August 29, 2025, to support a seamless transition.
Mr. Thomson brings 30 years of hospitality finance and operational experience, having most recently served as CFO of Tasty Restaurant Group, a private equity-backed US franchisee of quick-service restaurants. He previously held CFO roles at Del Frisco’s and senior management positions at Yum! Brands, including CFO of India, Chief Development Officer of Pizza Hut International, and Chief Growth Officer of Pizza Hut Asia. Thomson is a Chartered Accountant, having begun his career at KPMG London.
