The film has reportedly been granted a U/A certification by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). It has been approved for a runtime of approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes (150 minutes). Thamma is directed by Aditya Sarpotdar and produced by Maddock Films. Maddock has previously made successful horror-comedies like Stree, Bhediya, and Munjya, which have been huge hits.

Thamma is going to feature several cameos from previous films in the horror comedy genre, which has already generated a lot of excitement among fans and audiences. Meanwhile, limited advance bookings for Thamma have begun, and full bookings are expected to open by October 17th. On October 16th, Maddock Films announced that advance bookings for the film begin on October 17th, captioning their Instagram post, “Love doesn’t wait… and neither should you! Advance bookings for Thamma begin tomorrow! Don’t forget to book your tickets!”

Considering the Diwali holiday season and the film’s strong association with Maddock’s popular horror-comedy franchise, the makers are expecting good pre-sales and a great opening for Thamma.
