itel quietly unveiled three new models – they have 120Hz 720p+ displays, are rated IP65 and are powered by the 4G-only Unisoc T7250 chipset.
The itel City 200 is the most capable model of the trio. As it has 4/6GB of RAM and 128/256GB storage, it runs full Android 15. The other two have 3/4GB of RAM and 64/128GB storage, so they are relegated to Android 15 Go Edition software.

The City 200 has a 6.78” display (again, 720p+ resolution only) with 700 nits peak brightness. And its 8MP selfie camera is inside a punch hole (yes, we’re including this as a feature). Also, it has DTS sound.
On the back is a 50MP camera – there’s no word on video recording resolution, but the phone can record with the front and back cameras simultaneously (picture-in-picture).

The phone features a 5,200mAh battery that is rated for 1,600 charge cycles (this should be 4 years of normal usage). The phone has an IP65 rating (dust tight, protected against water jets) and has been drop tested from 1.5m. The phone has also been tested for MIL-STD-810H durability.
The itel A200 and A200+ share a 6.75” 120Hz 720p+ display, but this time with a notch for the selfie camera (we told you the punch hole is a feature). And the camera inside is only a 5MP module. The rear camera has similarly been downgraded and now features a 13MP sensor.

The major difference between the A200 and A200+ is in the battery – the former has a 5,000mAh battery with 15W charging, while the Plus model has a larger 6,000mAh battery with 18W charging. Strangely, the official specs claim that both phones have the same thickness, 8.29mm (weight is not mentioned). The fancier City 200 is slimmer at 7.45mm.

For what it’s worth, the itel A200 and A200+ have always-on display modes and DTS sound, so they are not completely barebones. Also, they have the same IP65 and MIL-STD-810H certifications as the City model, plus slightly tougher 1.8m drop testing.

One feature shared by all three models (and certain other itel models) is UltraLink Free Call – it offers voice calls as well as sending voice memos and text notes without cell connectivity. itel advertises that the link works at up to 2km, though that would be under ideal conditions.
