Dana White has seen it all in the fight game as a promoter, and he knows that his plans can fall apart at any given moment. That’s exactly what happened with the UFC Vegas 112 card. The CEO and the matchmaking team had to remove two exciting fights, which could have added more excitement to the event at the Apex. Now, reports are claiming that White made yet another change to the card.

MMA enthusiast Jed I. Goodman has given some scoop regarding the lineup of UFC Vegas 112. It appears that welterweight veteran Neil Magny‘s fight against Yaroslav Amosov was supposed to happen before the matchup between Joanderson Brito and Isaac Thomson. If you’ve guessed it already, that’s not how things went because Dana White and Co. made a change while the show was going on live.
“They switched the bout order. Brito/Thomson up next. Magny/Amosov will be after that,” Jed I. Goodman wrote on X.

It shouldn’t be surprising to see changes like this being made during a live broadcast. After all, it’s a fight game, and anything can happen at any time. But could Dana White have been able to avoid the lineup change if he hadn’t canceled the two fights, which were Amanda Lemos vs Gillian Robertson & Melsik Baghdasaryan vs Joanderson Brito? We don’t know. There has been no explanation regarding the change.
On the other hand, out of the four fighters who missed out on the action at UFC Vegas 112, only Joanderson Brito got a spot on the card. He made the most of the opportunity, beating Isaac Thomson via decision. Meanwhile, the last Fight Night of 2025 made for some memorable moments, which included a terrifying finish that went beyond the fight.
UFC Vegas 112 knockout renders a fighter unable to walk
As exciting as it is to watch someone get knocked out, it’s also concerning when they become unconscious. The opening matchup of the event saw Jamey-Lyn Horth finish the fight rather quickly. Her opponent, Tereza Bleda, was in the hunt for takedowns, but she failed to control Horth, who needed just over two minutes to show Dana White and the matchmaking team what she’s all about.
A composed Jamey-Lyn Horth landed clean and strong on Tereza Bleda, which hurt the latter. It did not take long for her to exploit that moment, and the Canadian national decided to deliver the death blow and knock her opponent out. Later, medical staff had to come in and check on Bleda, and that garnered a lot of attention. As per videos shared by fans at the Apex, Bleda had to be helped out of the Octagon.
