Fans are calling for a significant change to WWE’s rules following a surprising attack at a house show in the United Kingdom.
Wrestling legend CM Punk faced Dominik Mysterio in a match as part of the event, which featured some wild moments.
As one would expect, a few of the Judgement Day members were also there as ringside support for Dirty Dom.

Roxanne Perez and Raquel Rodriguez mostly stood by to cheer, but also interfered in what was happening in the ring.
At one point, the referee got distracted enough by Raquel’s side apron antics to allow Roxanne to sneak into the ring and attack Punk.

Fans saw the rising star kick him, then deliver her finishing move, Pop Rox, on a stunned Punk, before helping Dom move over to pin him.
Punk nearly got pinned for a three-count, but kicked out just in time to avoid falling victim to the attack.
The Wrestle Ops X account shared video footage from the event, showing the entire attack.
The viral video seemingly interested some fans in seeing WWE add another match type to the card which it doesn’t currently have as part of the rules.
“wish we would get more intergender matches in WWE,” one fan replied.
Another X commenter said, “I’m having a blast on wwe2k25 watching them. Watching the undertaker struggle with Tiff was hilarious.”
On another X repost of the video, an individual said, “wwe: give us more intergender matches challenge.”
There have been intergender matches or situations in WWE’s history, including Chyna winning the WWE Intercontinental Championship, or Santino Marella entering the 2020 Women’s Royal Rumble as his female character, Santina Marella.
However, the current version of the WWE is rated TV-PG, and despite airing shows on Netflix, Peacock, and ESPN, it would be surprising to see these sorts of matches added to their cards.
A WWE Mixed Match series occurred in 2018, featuring male and female wrestlers as tag teams in a tournament. However, the matches featured rules where only the women could battle each other in the ring, or vice versa.
Keeping with that theme, a fan on X suggested that Punk team up with his wife, retired wrestling star AJ Lee, to battle a tag team of Dom and Roxanne at another event.
Following the house show, Roxanne also called out AJ on social media with a simple “Hi mom” to possibly bring this match into existence.
